Chanda Ram , from Ramnami Samaj ,at Udkakan, a village in Chattisgarh ,India.The Ramnami Samaj is one of the Hindu religious movements in Chattisgarh, a newly created state in Central India . The Ramnamis are devoted to Hindu Lord Ram and follow him by repeatedly tattooing their skin with his name "Ram" .
